Standard charges exclude limited editions and some selected larger and heavier titles.

Please note that limited editions will be shipped separately and we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses as a signature is required.
Please allow 28 days for delivery to most European countries. Outside Europe, delivery times vary.
For an additional £11 for Europe and £25 outside Europe, orders can be sent express. Please allow 2–5 days for courier delivery from the UK. Tracking information will be emailed by the carrier.
Regrettably we are not currently able to offer this service to Brazil, China and Russia.
When ordering goods for delivery outside the EU your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the specified destination. These charges must be borne by the receiver. We have no control over import duties and taxes and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary by country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

If for any reason a book does not meet your expectations, you may return it to us within four weeks and we will arrange for an exchange or refund (excluding postage). Please enclose a note explaining the reason for the return along with your name, address and your customer number. When returning a parcel to us we recommend you obtain proof of posting.
