POSTAGE AND DELIVERY
Last date for standard delivery in time for Christmas: Midnight 2 December 2019

Postage will be charged at a flat rate for one title, or for two or more titles, regardless of the number of volumes.
Standard charges exclude limited editions and some selected larger and heavier titles.

Please note that limited editions will be shipped separately and we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses as a signature is required.
Standard deliveries are sent from the UK. Deliveries usually take 14–21 days but please allow up to 28 days.
Please note that we are not able to group together more than one order in a single despatch, even if the orders are sent out separately.
Deliveries on all orders are Monday to Friday only.

For an additional £11 for Europe and £25 outside Europe, orders can be sent express. Please allow 2–5 days for courier delivery from the UK. Tracking information will be emailed by the carrier.
Regrettably we are not currently able to offer this service to Brazil, China and Russia.
When ordering goods for delivery outside the EU your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the specified destination. These charges must be borne by the receiver. We have no control over import duties and taxes and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary by country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
If an item is temporarily unavailable and it cannot be supplied with the rest of your order, you will not be charged additional postage for the delayed item.
If an item is out of stock we will contact you by email or phone to let you know when the item will be back in stock and when it will be despatched.
On limited editions and other large and heavy items or books of high value, postage charges vary. The postage charge that applies will be itemised in your basket. These items are sent separately from standard book orders. For further information please contact customer service.
We are unable to deliver limited editions orders to PO Box addresses as a signature is required.
Each limited edition order is sent out separately.
How do I return a Folio book?
If for any reason a book does not meet your expectations, you may return it to us within 4 weeks and we will arrange for an exchange or refund (excluding postage). Please enclose a note explaining the reason for the return along with your name, address and customer number. When returning a parcel to us we recommend you obtain proof of posting.

In the unlikely event that a book you receive is imperfect or damaged in transit, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will always provide a replacement, or when necessary, a full refund of the price paid.
