2 – Eligibility

The giveaway is open to participants worldwide aged 18 and over.

Proof of identity, age, and address may be required to claim the prize.

Employees of the Promoters, their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition are not permitted to enter.

Entries will be void where prohibited or restricted by local law. Due to local legal restrictions or international trade sanctions, residents of the following countries are excluded from entering: Italy, Brazil, Quebec (Canada), Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, and any other country or territory subject to comprehensive UK trade sanctions.”

  3 – How to Enter

No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter.

To enter, participants must follow all specified instructions on the giveaway page.

The opening date for entries is 14:00:00 (GMT) on Thursday 4 June 2026.

The closing date for entries is 23:59:59 (GMT) on Thursday 2 July 2026.

Submissions received after the Closing Date will not be counted. The Promoters assume no responsibility for applications that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or included for any technical or other reason. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

4 - The Prize

One winner will receive the Agatha Christie Collection from The Folio Society (this includes the nine Agatha Christie titles available on the Folio Society Website), a limited-edition print of a custom illustration of The Murder of Roger Ackroyd by Jean-Michel Tixier, The World of Hercule Poirot jigsaw puzzle, and The Official Poirot Puzzle Book.

Prizes are subject to availability, and the Promoters reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

The prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or an alternative prize.

5 - Winner Selection and Notification

The Winner will be chosen at random by an automated software / random draw from all eligible entries received and verified by the Promoters.

  The Winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the Closing Date.

The Winner is solely responsible for any local import duties, customs fees, or taxes that may apply during shipping or are incurred upon delivery.

If the Winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the Prize within 7 days of notification, they will forfeit the prize, and the Promoters reserve the right to withdraw the Prize and pick a replacement Winner.

6 - Data Privacy and Publicity

By entering, you agree to the use of your name, image, and entry data for publicity purposes in all media without any further compensation or prior notice.

We will never ask you to share sensitive personal data, if you notice any suspicious activity in relation to this giveaway it can be reported to the Folio Customer Service team at customerservice@foliosociety.com.

7 - Limitation of Liability

The Promoters are not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to the entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

To the fullest extent permissible by law, The Promoters shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered or sustained as a result of participation in or use of any giveaway item. We do not recommend or guarantee the performance of any contractual or other obligations of any third parties associated with the promotion and the Promoters shall not be liable for any fraud committed by any third party. Any manufacturing issues are the responsibility of the manufacturer.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta. By entering, you completely release Meta from any liability.

8 - General

By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The Promoters reserve the right to:
– to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation;
– to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal value or a digital gift card if international shipping to the winner's country is restricted; and,
– to make the final decision in the event of any disputes.

In the event that any terms and condition(s) are deemed invalid, illegal or otherwise unenforceable, they shall be severed from these terms and the remaining clauses will remain in force.

The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
