What are your delivery times?
As you are aware, there is significant disruption to international air travel due to the Covid-19 virus. As most of our parcels travel from the UK on commercial flights, we are working hard with our delivery partners to minimise the disruption to our deliveries. Please note that delays for standard deliveries are likely and for the time being we are not able to provide a tracking service. Please accept our apologies should any delays occur and thank you for your patience and understanding. We recommend that you use our express delivery service which is running as normal. For your safety, all deliveries will take place in accordance with local restrictions and policy.
For standard delivery, we normally advise up to 28 days for delivery as all our books are shipped from the UK. However, the current situation means that we are not able to guarantee this delivery time at present.
For express delivery, please allow 3 to 7 days for delivery from the UK. You will receive tracking information for this service and there are currently no delays.

If an item is temporarily unavailable and it cannot be supplied with the rest of your order, it will be despatched separately and you will not be charged additional postage for the delayed item.
If an item is out of stock we will contact you by email or phone to let you know if and when the item will be back in stock. This might affect the delivery timings.

Can I choose express delivery?
Express Delivery
Due to the current Covid-19 situation, we recommend that you use our express delivery service. There are no reported delays to this service.

Can you send my books to a different delivery address?
Your books can be sent to a different delivery address at no additional cost. Please enter your desired delivery address during the checkout process. This can only be done online if the address you are sending to is in the same country as you are.
If you would like to send books as a gift to someone in a country other than your own, please contact our customer service team who will be happy to arrange this.
What should I do if my books are damaged?
If you have any concerns about your delivery, or have any further questions, please feel free to contact us here.
What is your returns policy?
We’re extremely proud of our books and make every effort to describe them accurately and produce them to the highest possible standards.
If for any reason a book does not meet your expectations, you may return it to us within 4 weeks and we will arrange for an exchange or refund (excluding postage). Please enclose a note explaining the reason for the return along with your name, address and your customer number. When returning a parcel to us we recommend you obtain proof of postage.

What is your limited editions returns policy?
