  • Standard Delivery

    As you are aware, there is significant disruption to international air travel due to the Covid-19 virus. As most of our parcels travel from the UK on commercial flights, we are working hard with our delivery partners to minimise the disruption to our deliveries. Please accept our apologies should any delays occur and thank you for your patience and understanding. We recommend that you use our express delivery service which is running as normal.  Details are available here

    For your safety, all deliveries will take place in accordance with local restrictions and policy.

    You pay a flat rate if you order one title; another flat rate when you order two or more titles – so the same price for two titles upwards, however many titles are ordered.

    Standard charges exclude limited editions and some selected larger and heavier titles.

    Individual shipping rates apply to limited editions or where specified. See order form or online checkout for further details. You will receive tracking information for this service and there are currently no delays.

    Please note that limited editions will be shipped separately and we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses as a signature is required.

    Tracking information and full delivery options will be confirmed in an email from the carrier.  For standard delivery, we normally advise up to 28 days for delivery as all our books are shipped from the UK.  However, the current situation means that we are not able to guarantee this delivery time at present.

  • Express Delivery

    Express Delivery

    Due to the current Covid-19 situation, we recommend that you use our express delivery service.  There are no reported delays to this service.

    You pay a flat rate if you order one title; another flat rate when you order two or more titles – so the same price for two titles upwards, however many titles are ordered.

    Express charges exclude limited editions and some selected larger and heavier titles.

  • Limited Editions

    On limited editions and other large and heavy items or books of high value, postage charges vary. The postage charge that applies will be itemised in your basket. These items are sent separately from standard book orders. For further information please contact customer service.

    We are unable to deliver limited edition orders to PO Box addresses as a signature is required.

    Each limited edition order is sent out separately.

  • Delayed Items

    If an item is temporarily unavailable and it cannot be supplied with the rest of your order, you will not be charged additional postage for the delayed item.

Returns

  • How do I return a Folio book?

    If for any reason a book does not meet your expectations, you may return it to us within 4 weeks and we will arrange for an exchange or refund (excluding postage). Please enclose a note explaining the reason for the return along with your name, address and customer number. When returning a parcel to us we recommend you obtain proof of posting.

How do I return a Folio book?
