Around the world we are facing difficult and uncertain times none of us could have imagined a few months ago. 

To prepare for Covid-19, Folio people practised working at home and setting up activity remotely which stood us in good stead for the shutdown in the UK when it happened.  Protecting our people was our overwhelming priority and we are now all working from home but fully connected.

It is essential that our customers and suppliers are safe.

Our London warehouse is fully compliant with all the Covid-19 health and safety standards, for instance complying with social distancing and wearing gloves, to ensure that their people are protected and your books are handled safely.  Our delivery services have made changes to their operations, dropping the need for signatures and leaving your parcels in a safe place – knock, drop and go.

Our suppliers are spread around the UK and the rest of the world.  They too have been most concerned about their people and continue to ensure they are protected and where possible, work from home.  We monitor that they observe all Covid-19 health and safety requirements.

We are very grateful to all our suppliers for their support ensuring their people and our customers remain safe.

The people at Folio will continue to do all they can to get your books to you as quickly as possible.  We understand this is a great time to read – I am currently in the middle of Philip Pullman’s ‘His Dark Materials’ trilogy – and we hope you enjoy your books as they arrive.
