    Tracking information and delivery options will be confirmed by email from the carrier. You can also track your order via 'My Account' if you have created an account. All our books are sent from the UK. 

    GST is included and should not be applicable upon arrival in Australia. Orders over $1000 in value may be subject to additional clearance by customs.

    Limited editions are bound to order, numbered by hand, and strictly limited. We can only offer express delivery on orders containing these titles for security and insurance purposes.

Returns

  • How do I return a Folio book?

    If for any reason a book does not meet your expectations, you may return it to us within 4 weeks and we will arrange for an exchange or refund (excluding postage). Please enclose a note explaining the reason for the return along with your name, address and customer number. When returning a parcel to us we recommend you obtain proof of posting.

    We're extremely proud of our books and make every effort to describe them accurately and produce them to the highest possible standards.

    In the unlikely event that a book you receive is imperfect or damaged in transit, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will always provide a replacement, or when necessary, a full refund of the price paid.

Standard Delivery

We are currently offering Express Delivery only.  There are no reported delays to this service. 

As you are aware, there is significant disruption to international air travel due to the Covid-19 virus.  As most of our parcels travel from the UK on commercial flights, we are working hard with our delivery partners to minimise the disruption to our deliveries.  The good news is that there are no reported delays to our express delivery service by courier.  We are therefore temporarily suspending our standard delivery service and offering express delivery only.  Details are available below.   For your safety, all deliveries will take place in accordance with local restrictions and policy.

Express Delivery

We are currently offering Express Delivery only.  There are no reported delays to this service. 

You pay a flat rate if you order one title; another flat rate when you order two or more titles – so the same price for two titles upwards, however many titles are ordered.

Express charges exclude limited editions and some selected larger and heavier titles.

Deliveries on all orders are Monday to Friday only.

Delayed Items

If an item is temporarily unavailable and it cannot be supplied with the rest of your order, you will not be charged additional postage for the delayed item.

If an item is out of stock we will contact you by email or phone to let you know when the item will be back in stock and when it will be despatched.

Limited editions

On limited editions and other large and heavy items or books of high value, postage charges vary. The postage charge that applies will be itemised in your basket. These items are sent separately from other book orders. For further information please contact customer service.

All limited editions are sent by express delivery.  There are currently no delays.

We are unable to deliver limited edition orders to PO Box addresses.
