How do I request review copies of books?

Unlike traditional publishers, we don’t produce advance reading copies (ARCs) of our editions — each book is a finished piece, often hand-bound and beautifully illustrated. For this reason, we’re only able to offer a limited number of review copies for each release. The best way to be considered for these opportunities is to join the Folio Creator Circle, our dedicated community of creators and book lovers. Members receive regular updates about available review copies, upcoming releases and exclusive campaign opportunities.

Will I receive a copy of every book I request?

We wish we could send a copy of every book to everyone who’s excited about them — but due to the artisanal nature of Folio editions and the limited number of review copies available, we’re only able to fulfil a small number of requests per title. Selections are made based on campaign fit, audience alignment and availability. By joining the Folio Creator Circle, you’ll be among the first to hear about new opportunities, including when and how to request titles.

What if I have fewer than 5,000 followers?

We love discovering new voices, and we know that great content doesn’t always come with big numbers. While our Creator Circle is currently open to those with 5,000+ followers, we’re always keeping an eye out for book lovers doing brilliant things on a smaller scale. If that’s you, feel free to tag us in your posts and stay connected.

Which platforms do you work with?

We currently work with creators on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube – but we’re open to other platforms too. If your content is bookish and beautiful, we’re interested.

How will I know if I’ve been accepted?

If your application is successful, we’ll send you a welcome email with all the details. From there, just keep an eye on your inbox for the latest updates and opportunities.

How often will you contact me?
