About the Author
Nnedi Okorafor is an award-winning American author of Africanfuturist and Africanjujuist fiction, known for blending science fiction, fantasy and deeply rooted African culture. Born in Cincinnati, Ohio in 1974 to Nigerian parents, Okorafor often draws on her dual heritage to craft stories that challenge traditional genre boundaries.
