In EU Europe tax will be charged at checkout at your local rate.

From 1 July 2021 Folio will only be able to deliver orders via our express courier service to the following countries.

Austria; Belgium; Denmark; Finland; France; Germany; Malta; Netherlands; Ireland; Italy; Portugal; Spain; Sweden.

We are currently not able to deliver to the following countries: Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia

*All our orders are shipped from the UK. Most orders are delivered within this time; however, some orders may take a little longer. Please allow up to 28 days for standard delivery and 7 days for express delivery.

In Australia, GST will be included at checkout on both books and postage, ensuring no additional import taxes will be due upon delivery. Orders over $1000 in value may be subject to additional clearance by customs.

In other countries your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the goods reach the specified destination. These charges must be borne by the receiver. We have no control over import duties and taxes and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary by country. Please contact your local customs for further information.

Limited Editions

Limited edition items are made to order, individually hand-numbered, and available in strictly limited quantities. For security and insurance reasons, we can only provide express delivery for orders that include these titles.

Service Restrictions

We are currently unable to offer our Standard Delivery service to, Nicaragua, Turkmenistan.

Please select Express Delivery at checkout.

Please note express is not available in Brazil and China.

We are currently unable to offer delivery to Afghanistan, Andorra, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Burundi, Central African Republic, Congo, The Democratic Republic of, Cuba, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Kosovo, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Myanmar, Russia, Somalia, Sudan, Tunisia, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe.

Returns and Replacements

If for any reason a book does not meet your expectations, you may return it to us within 4 weeks, and we will arrange for an exchange or refund (excluding postage). Please enclose a note explaining the reason for the return along with your name, address and your order number. When returning a parcel to us we recommend you obtain proof of postage. Please allow up to 14 days for a refund.

Service Promise

We are extremely proud of our books and make every effort to describe them accurately and produce them to the highest possible standards. In the unlikely event that a book you receive is imperfect or damaged in transit, please contact our customer service team immediately with a few photos of the problem.

We will always provide a replacement, or when necessary, a full refund of the price paid.

Limited edition items are made to order, individually hand-numbered, and available in strictly limited quantities. To protect the integrity of the limitation and for quality control purposes we do ask that you return the book before we can issue a replacement or refund.
