Delivery

*All our orders are shipped from the UK. Most orders are delivered within this time; however, some orders may take a little longer. Please allow up to 21 days for standard delivery and 5 days for express delivery.

Tracking information and delivery options will be confirmed by email. You can also track your order via 'My Account' if you have created an account.

In Canada, GST will be applied at checkout on both books and postage, ensuring no additional import taxes will be due upon delivery.

Returns and Replacements

If for any reason a book does not meet your expectations, you may return it to us within 4 weeks, and we will arrange for an exchange or refund (excluding postage). Please enclose a note explaining the reason for the return along with your name, address and your order number. When returning a parcel to us we recommend you obtain proof of postage. Please allow up to 14 days for a refund.

Service Promise

We are extremely proud of our books and make every effort to describe them accurately and produce them to the highest possible standards. In the unlikely event that a book you receive is imperfect or damaged in transit, please contact our customer service team immediately with a few photos of the problem.

We will always provide a replacement, or when necessary, a full refund of the price paid.

Limited edition items are made to order, individually hand-numbered, and available in strictly limited quantities. To protect the integrity of the limitation and for quality control purposes we do ask that you return the book before we can issue a replacement or refund.
