Our dedicated customer service team are available to take your calls, orders and answer your emails between 9am – 5pm on weekdays.
Our North American telephone team are also based here in the UK (don't worry though, calls are toll free). You can reach them between 8am – 3pm Eastern Standard Time.
From time to time The Folio Society run promotions and offers on selected books. Qualifying offers will either be automatically applied to your order, or you will be instructed on how to redeem it via a voucher code – on your order form, at basket stage on the website, or when you place your order by telephone, or in the shop.All of our promotional offers are subject to the below terms and conditions:
Shipping is capped at $10.00 on your first order, no matter how books you buy (introductory postage offer excludes limited editions). Subsequently, standard shipping is $10 for 1 book, and $5 for each additional book.
For limited editions, individual rates apply.
Please allow 28 days for delivery from the UK.
For an additional $20.00, orders can be sent express. Please allow 3 to 7 days for express delivery from the UK.
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. The Folio Society are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes, postage strikes or any other courier delays beyond our control.
Deliveries on all orders are Monday to Friday only.
If an item is temporarily unavailable and cannot be supplied with your order, you will not be charged additional postage for the delayed item.

If for any reason a book does not meet your expectations, you may return it to us within four weeks and we will arrange for an exchange or refund (excluding postage). Please enclose a note explaining the reason for the return along with your name, address and your membership or customer number. When returning a parcel to us we recommend you obtain proof of posting.

In the unlikely event that a book you receive is imperfect or damaged in transit, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will always provide a replacement, or when necessary, a full refund of the price paid.
