We make every effort to describe our books accurately and to produce them to the highest standards. If, however, you find that you are in any way dissatisfied with any book we supply or it is damaged in transit, please contact us within 4 weeks of receipt and we will be happy to replace it or arrange a refund.
Because we use various carriers to deliver our books, please check with us first before sending anything back.
If your book/s were ordered to qualify for a special offer, we ask that you choose the required number of books to complete your agreement.
