Returning books
We make every effort to describe our books accurately and to produce them to the highest standards. If, however, you find that you are in any way dissatisfied with any book we supply, we will be happy to replace it or arrange a refund. All we ask is that you fulfill your agreement to buy your required membership books. Our Customer Services Team will be more than happy to facilitate the return of an unwanted title.

Damaged books
We have exacting standards when it comes to the production of our books, so it can be very frustrating when books are damaged during delivery. Should you receive Folio books that have been damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Services Team immediately, so that we can issue a swift (and quibble-free) replacement.
