Cancelling an order
If you've placed an order by accident or changed your mind about the books you'd like, don't worry. You can cancel or amend an order with us right up to the moment that it's despatched.

We will endeavour to stop your books before they're sent out.
If your order has already been processed and despatched, you will have to wait until you receive your Folio parcel before returning/cancelling the order. Our Customer Services Team will be more than happy to help you with the return of unwanted books.
